Shipping Policy
The short version
- Free, tracked delivery in the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union.
- Order before the daily cut-off shown on the product page and your pieces are dispatched the same business day. After it, the next business day.
- Delivery: 2–4 business days in the US, 1–3 in the UK, 3–6 in the EU, after dispatch.
- No customs charges on arrival for US, UK and EU orders.
- Lost or damaged in transit? We replace it or refund you. You never have to chase a courier.
Preparing your order
Every Blancora piece is strung by hand to your message. Orders placed before the cut-off shown on the product page on a business day are dispatched the same day; orders placed after it, or on a weekend, are dispatched the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During the Black Friday and Christmas peak, preparation can take one extra business day.
Where your order ships from
United States orders ship from our US fulfilment centre. United Kingdom orders ship from our UK fulfilment centre. European Union orders ship from our EU hub. Shipping from inside your region is what keeps delivery fast and customs-free.

The product page shows a live arrival estimate for your country, calculated from today's date and the cut-off. From order to door, that is the number to trust.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email the moment your order is dispatched, and a second email when it is out for delivery. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan. You can also check your order any time on our Track My Order page.
Changing your order
Need to fix a message, change the metal or update the address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering (or before dispatch, whichever comes first) and we will change it before your piece goes into production. After dispatch we can request a redirect with the carrier where the service allows it.
Duties and taxes
US, UK and EU orders are delivered with no customs charges: UK and EU prices include VAT, and US sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout. For all other destinations, local import duties or taxes may be charged by customs on arrival; these are set by your country and are not included in our prices.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
Carrier estimates can slip around holidays, severe weather or customs checks, so a day or two late is normal. If your tracking has not moved for 5 business days, or shows delivered and the parcel has not turned up within 2 business days, email us. We open the carrier investigation ourselves and, if the parcel cannot be located, we send a replacement or refund you in full. A piece damaged in transit is replaced free of charge: send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
Address accuracy
Please check your address at checkout. A parcel returned to us because of an incomplete address is reshipped as soon as it arrives back; for a second attempt we may ask you to cover the new postage.
